I don't think VEI needs them now, but I would like to see something worked out regarding reprint rights, mainly so I can get the Deluxe Hardcover Omnibus of Unity that I've wanted since the mid 90's.

I wouldn't say I dropped DC for Valiant, but VEI just happened to be picking up steam right about the same time I finally got fed up and washed my hands of the New 52.

Screw the Hollywood film announcement idea, the massive announcement is that they're selling all VEI rights to a video game production company so that the properties can be used to make a few games and then disappear into the ether as the company goes bust. Looks good, but this Plus Edition thing is already getting on my nerves. I wish they'd make the material available to the digital customers, I know I'd be willing to pay a dollar or two more for it.
