Re: WTB: Harbinger 7 Lupacchino Variant (High Grade)
Yeah you really don't want to know how much I would want for my 9.8. I would be embarrassed to tell you. But good luck, and if you find one be sure to tell me how much you paid! $300 Did you snag the 9.8 on eBay yesterday for $306 plus shipping? My $301 bid was topped in the final seconds. :!: face...

Here comes Riri Williams... Invincible Iron Man 7 is starting to pick up steam...especially of the Women of Power variant. Zzz zzz terrible You won't get an argument from me. I predict a year (possibly less) for her new series and then...bawoosh. Don't let this hijack the thread, but check out this...

Re: It Came from the Longbox
A friend of mine sleeps on a mattress atop his long boxes. He’s got back issues. But seriously, spent the holiday re-bagging and boarding the collection (no life), and I came across these Whitman 2nd prints. Any thoughts on where these came from? I assume from some KB toys 3 pack, but not sure. Can...

Re: CGC Shipped Grade / Received Grade; Census
I am receiving 9 books on Tuesday. Two of those books - Invincible Iron Man 600 Remastered Variant and Invincible Iron Man 600 Remastered Sketch Variant - were graded at 9.6 (Remastered) and 9.8 (Remastered Sketch). The census says there is 1 Remastered at 9.8 and 1 Remastered Sketch at 9.8. I was w...

CGC Shipped Grade / Received Grade; Census
Just curious....
Has anyone ever seen the CGC Shipped/Safe grade for a book and received a different grade? Are books added to the census at shipped/safe?

I really enjoyed King's Vision run. I actually bought all those issues. I regret not starting his Batman run. Is it worth catching up on?

Re: Buying Ratio Variants Online
Does this seller have a lot of feedback on eBay? Very much negative feedback? I'm always leary of purchasing high end books from sellers with a checkered feedback history on eBay. It's why I bought the IM 600 1:500 and 1:1000 variants from Midtown Comics. I had them shipped one-day air via UPS. Than...

Re: Invincible Iron Man 600 (Spoilers)
I had bought the Uncanny Xmen #600 when that came out, and it was an incredibly dull read. If my memory serves, I think that was written by Bendis too, wasn't it? I believe so. Let's keep a close eye on Superman and see if Bendis finds a way to ground him for good. I'm sure he'll create some kind o...

Invincible Iron Man 600 (Spoilers)
 A horrible conclusion to the Bendis run. Riri to Champions. Stark's father appears. Rhodey is brought back. Leonardo Da Vinci makes an appearance. Leonardo (*SQUEE*) Da Vinci? Doom was the most interesting character from the series. I'm curious to know why he insisted on taking up the Iron Ma...

Re: Discuss Hard To Find Or Currently Hot Comics Of Any Era
OMG, this is ridiculous... Did you sell this issue a couple of months ago? A run from 78 to 90-something for $1 last neighborhood flea market. -slym At the rate comic book films/shows are going, it is important to hold on to all 1st appearances. I'm going to kick myself if Image titles like G...

Amazing Spider-man 263 is taking off (1st appearance of Normie Osborn). He becomes a Red Goblin in ASM 799.

Print run appears to be around 12,000. It doesn't seem to be any higher or lower than the other issues that came out around that time.

Spawn 219
Does anyone know why Spawn 219 has such a hefty asking price? I could understand if it were the Phoenix Comic-Con variant (500 copy run) but the regular print cover seems to be at a high price, too. Is it just the normal Spawn low print run?

Amazing Spider-Man - Variant Covers
I have to say that Spider-Man has to be the king of variant covers. Every issue seems to have a plethora of variants...and they are never cheap or easy to find (1:100, 1:300, 1:500, 1:1000, etc.). As an Iron Man completionist, I feel really bad for the Spider-Man fans that keep up with all the diffe...

Re: Marvel Legacy
It's, unfortunately hard for me to believe anything anyone at Marvel says about their direction anymore. I may not truly embrace a Marvel title again before a book reaches 100 issues of contiguously numbered publication. And even then there remains my feelings regarding their social direction, and ...

the new numbering schemes have been going on for a whle relaunch a new number one after a few years add it up to the old numbering and continue as before I wish you were an Iron Man fan. Amazing Spider-Man 795 & 796
It looks like I got in late on this Legacy series. I was able to get issues 789-794 but 795 & 796 seem to be in high demand. Any dealers on here that have a few of these issues for sale?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: Discuss Hard To Find Or Currently Hot Comics Of Any Era
I could see the Carnage book being a long term pick, if not a long term hot book. It may not be an ASM 300 or an Iron Man 55, but I could see it having as legit a market resonance as any other one or two tier Spidey villain, whereas the first appearance of characters like Styx and Stone, not so muc...
