Re: DBS's 100% CONFIRMED "Rare" Print Run Info

I'd add the X-O Manowar Humble Bundle "Unsigned" to your list. While we don't have a print run number on those, you can check CGC and see that there are two blue lable and two sig series (yellow label) that are out there.

They exist.

Re: Dan Abnett on Get Valiant #167 - June 27

I think Abnett just gets Valiant. He understands that continuity has its place, and just how important it is for all of the Valiant characters. Maybe that's why there are a good amount of people that have enjoyed this Rai series, he just gets continuity. Seeing Abnett on a Ninjak book, or something ...

WTB DIVINITY #1 LAROSA (1:40) 9.8

Speaking of coolness of cover.... your honorable mention.... X-O Manowar 1:50 (first Capshaw) is off the chain cover cool. It is hard to argue your top ten order. As a matter of opinion, I think Britannia #1 1:50 may be a little too high.... but time will tell. I noticed that there are now 11 CGC 9...

I think x-o 2or 3?? Was an error or not supposed to have been made?I don't remember facepalm Yea, X-O#3 had a blank variant, I've only seen a few at Cons, and I think they weren't supposed to be made, but that could have just been the story to motivate people. Re: Your Quarantine Experience?

My quarantine experience has been relatively mild, as in it really isn't bothering me too much. I have a comfortable chair, and a decent desk. Carpal Tunnel still flairs up more at home than at work, so maybe the desk isn't as decent as I thought. Wife is working from home too, and it looks like she...

I actually enjoy them, think they look sharp. I know that they can't be used on Signature Series (wish that label was yellow, like regular sig series), but vs the blue, I think they look really sharp, and catch the eye.

I love my SS books, but then again, I don't really sell many of them. -The Valiant #4 1:50, an already expensive book when 9.8. Mine are SS because Lemire and Kindt were at the same Con at the same time. -I proposed to Kindt with his XO ring (then twitter sent it to his wife, she loved it!) Got the ...

Re: The Bloodshot movie...what would have happened

I think the budget was rather high considering Valiant is not a household name. I think more traditional effects could have been used, and a cheaper up and coming star could have been cast in the main role. I'm not trying to *SQUEE* on the movie, as I do like it, just my thoughts. It's been rumored...

Re: The Bloodshot movie...what would have happened

For me the Harada piece is key because it sets up the whole universe - dont forget they had to cut lots of little bits throughout the movie when they couldn't do Harada at the end like the question scene that teased Harbinger. I agree, there were probably tons of little bits they had to cut out. In...

Re: The Bloodshot movie...what would have happened

As for why the audience turnout was subpar, it just looked like a general action movie starring Vin Diesel. Even worse, it looked like an action movie from 15 years ago. Today's audiences are embracing comic book aesthetics, and this movie lacked that - especially given the movie's aversion to show...

I've been reading stories with these characters in them since the mid 90s and I still like what I read. I also think we're nowhere near as bad as the Acclaim material was. Each to their own but let’s also recognise that you’re in the minority amongst Valiant fans, at least on this site which is the...

Re: XO and Savage cancelled??

I think this has more to do with the “pencils down” order and halt to publication during the Coronavirus outbreak than anything else. Savage was always going to be a limited series, so it’s not likely to get cancelled, and XO—as crappy as the reviews have been—is still their best selling, “flagship...

BLOODSHOT REBORN #10 (First Shadowman Cult)

I question this, as this entire arc (and it's characters) exist only inside Bloodshot's mind. It happened while he was controlled by PRS, it was right before Livewire helped Bloodshot lock out anyone who would attempt to hack his mind and control him.
