Been playing Prince of Persia: Warrior Within on and off for a while but am going to hit it hard so I can play Yakuza 2 which I just picked up for a sweet price. I also have to dig out my PSX memory card so I can have a proper go at Koudelka which I finally managed to replace after the best part of ...

Make sure you get Trinity as well as the other 2. after 52, countdown is bad. After Countdown, Trinity is awful. After Trinity, anything else is a literary masterpiece.

Have you tried talking to the guys at the store in Little Rock? By explaining your situation to them and keeping them up to date regularly by phone as to when you are going to be in you might find they are amenable to sorting you out and you get the best of both worlds then - you get your stuff guar...

I really liked Samson 1. One of the things I like about Shooter's stuff is that he doesn't go out of his way to wow you with the same cliches in the first issue to grab you. He writes with longevity of a series in mind so you get a good story throughout and are not generally let down by #2 & 3 n...

Comics are meant to be read - not slabbed. I refuse to buy CGCs and not because of the price, but because I can't open up my **** book! :!: You know what I really like the most about old/old comics? Especially the Golden Age ones -- the smell. Yeah I'm a dork! I know what you mean. Draco got ...

I always use the term Dark Age to describe the 90s because of the tone of the material of the time. Everyone was trying to be darker and grittier with new anti-heroes popping up all over the shop. That and the fact that in terms of quality of everything, not just comics, was like being in the Dark A...

Seems really odd to me to muddle the branding, wish I understood the logic of not giving this line a name or any sort of branding identity. I agree. Likewise, I think the Hellboy, BPRD, Hellboy/BPRD books (along with the other major lines) will have their own branding. It also bothers me that a lot...

The most significant thing to happen in Deathmate was that it finished. At the time, this was almost unprecedented for a limited series that Image was involved in.
