Great collectible. I remember seeing one of these up on EBay for months (before VEI began, so probably the mid-2000s). They were axe-ing $4,999.99. I don’t know what the going rate is…. but, I hope you paid less.

Theebaldmoose was a great addition to this board. I remember him always being helpful. Also,I believe he won the last Fantasy Football League run through this message board in 2018. RIP.

As you mentioned….Maybe #15 1:20 is more scarce because it is the last 1:20 variant in this 16 issue Shadowman series. It just seems odd that it is selling for as much as rare key VEI comics.

I guess there are no theories about the inflation in price of this Shadowman 1:20 ?

I guess you could make the case that everyone in VH1 is a Harbinger. I don’t believe that the creators of the Valiant Universe intended for everyone with powers to be Harbingers…. but, that would make for a shocking twist at this late date.

Sounds like the prior owner, who bought this in 2015 and had this on their wall, did quite, quite well!
