Re: X-O Manowar (1992) #1 climbs the charts this week

I put off preordering because of hopeless.after reading it i was glad i saved my money. It was very meh.felt like i had read the story somewhere else except better written. You put off pre-ordering X-O Manowar #1 twenty nine years ago? Prior to this book being published in 1992, where had you actua...

Re: VEI vs DMG Valiant: an honest poll

i didnt vote because both had their hits and misses with me. i gave bloodshot, LADOTH, roku, killers, incursion and punk mambo all a chance. ill just say so far DMG, which one could view that as shorthand for damage, has been pretty forgettable with LADOTH being the exception. currently im only read...

Re: Valiant Sales For July

Im currently reading everything Valiant is publishing except Livewire. While I have enjoyed them all, except BS: Rising Spirit, Ive thought they would work better if they were mixed in with the heavy hitters. Regardless of the numbers I already plan to plop down my money for what ever they produce u...

Im excited for Cullen Bunn and Dan Abnett. They are very good writers and its good to see high profile writers coming on board. Lemire and Vendetti and kindt became boring.

Re: My New Year's Resolution for 2019 Is...

I plan on buying as many Big Premire issues of Marvels 1969 reboot as possible without using the credit card. Making Iron Man the final one because its so expensive. Also get my Giant Size X-Men #1 and my 1969 Namor #1 reslabbed. Both have old ones and think they would look better in the newer enclo...

Re: Joe Illidge Open Letter To Industry

it amazes me he was an editor to some extent and yet his format in writing hasnt changed since his CBR days. I was not happy he got a job with Valiant as exec editor because of his history. he is horrible at his job. i fully expect him to get a job at marvel. they seem like a good fit. oh and livewi...

i was just guessing. i had not read that issue yet.

they need to just write 12 issue stories and thats it. im tired of them writing like its a ongoing monthly and canceling it. then it feels incomplete.

HW2 event was it a flop?

I'm really surprised there hasn't been any discussion concerning the event. I personally thought it was terrible, the worst since the creation of Valiant.... in the 90's. I don't think even Aftermath will wash out the crap it left in my mouth. After the hot garbage buildup in Renegades and that one-...

I was not aware of them making such claims. what i am aware of is that the site along with bleeding cool are garbage tier level comic news site. good riddance if it does disappear nothing beneficial will be lost.

Well I went to go check out Vita Ayala's Twitter, and looks like I'm already blocked... I can confirm that a block list is being circulated among artists and writers on twitter that have anything to do with movetheneedle or d?&c. I found out I was blocked by al Ewing and never communicated with him...

Re: VALIANT APRIL 2018 SALES

Jeff Lemire has written 18 issues of Bloodshot Reborn, 4 issues of Bloodshot USA, and now 12 issues of Bloodshot Salvation (Probably a one-shot or special or two I'm missing). He's written one of the longest runs on the character ever. He's greatly expanded the mythos and added more depth / charact...

So, World War III is on. That's an understatement. Everyone is acting like *SQUEE*. Let the men publish their comic. Stores are under no obligation to order it, however. completely ecstatic about having this signed by Shooter. I only wish I had the time to gone to the convention myself. Had I been able to I would have got a copy of Warriors of Plasm signed by him.
