Does the cgc label say they were pressed, or do you know they were? And if so, how? CGC does not denote pressing as they cannot detect it reliably (if at all, at least professional press-jobs.) Well, yes. There is a considerable chance that you will never see Jim Shooter work again on a Gold Key character for Dark Horse. (Or on a Valiant character for VEI for that matter)

It's pretty clear from the complaint that even if Jim's other company were involved, that work could also not interfere or compete with VEI. That's not a loophole.

In my opinion, it looks pretty bad for Mr. Shooter.
