This could well be an explanation for LOTS of issues in the UK at the moment.daniellew61 wrote: ↑Wed Feb 21, 2024 6:28:16 am It’s on the way. It got missed on FOC by diamond UK (what I was told)
Alien got enough copies together to fulfill the order. It’s on the way. Sorry for the wait. I’ll see if I could get an ETA for you

Re: Random thoughts on the DMG takeover for Valiant...
Regarding your point 3/ Caylo left Boom! Just before Christmas. He has been hired for two reasons 1/ he's blooming good at what he does and 2/ he was available. Regarding point 4/ Joe Illidge is a highly respected editor, I suggest the hire is more to do with the fact that he's well liked and good a...

If you search Bing for Ninja-K 6 pre order edition. A couple of the linked sites list the original 'pre order' order number SEP172024 next to the cover.

Re: Valiant Editor-in-Chief Warren Simons Resigns
DC and Marvel are getting their game on. Boom and Dynam1te have been promoted to the front of previews. It is the wrong time for Valiant to have such huge upheaval. I worry for the strength of purpose in their publishing arm. Edit: and with the news coming at the start of c2e2? That's unprecedented,...

At what point do comic shops pay for this? Front end? Back end? By issue?

Theyre only classed as events to penetrate the click based comic websites with a decent headline. I just see them as good stories.

Nice numbers there. Consider Dark Horse had 3 times Valiants titles out in August, but they have 2.5 times the unit share.

Re: DEATHMATE is coming
as i posted on the Valiant Facebook, I reckon this will be one of two things 1/ a crossover between current day valiant and 4001 AD valiant. 2/ a brand new character spinning out of 4001 AD called Deathmate. (NB Deathmate is a trademark solely owned by Valiant, I doubt they would use it in a crossov...

Inspired by this post (nice job BTW), I added this to the valiant database...check in the I menu, Total Title Sales. Woahhhhh. To label these "Total Sales" is HUGELY misleading. These charts are Total comics ordered by North American retailers in the calendar month of release* These numbe...

My supplier has got me issue 1 for £11.50. Issues 2 to 4 will cost between £7.50 and £23.50 each depending on what any returnable rules are. Not ideal, but it's better than nothing.

Re: Book of Death: Legends of the Geomancer
I've talked with them further about it. I've never claimed that they felt "left out", but that are NOT happy about being put in the position that they have been put in. It is sad to see how DCBS always feel they have to blame someone else to discuss problems. When they forget to mail a pa...

Re: Book of Death: Legends of the Geomancer
Valiant is finishing their third year of publishing and starting their fourth year. They will have to do some new things and take some risks. It seems like the majority of Valiant fans would agree... yes, VEI should probably try some new things and take some risks. The Legends of the Geomancer ince...
