I had a full run of the Italian X-O issues at one point, but I never found the Italian (?) version of Magnus 0.

Prior to the announcement last week, Harbinger 1 in 9.6 went regularly for $75-$78 at true auction, with 6-7 copies sitting for months at $99 buy-it-nows. 9.8s were at $325 buy-it-nows (x4-5).

All gone now.

I know these aren't technically Valiant, but I'm looking for a few strict NM 1970s Gold Key Magnus books.

Likewise--I won't really believe in the forged Venom Black 'til I see one confirmed. Yeah--I understand how it could be done _theoretically_ (re. putting it in a microwave, etc.) but we haven't exactly seen a flood of those either.

Yeah--these issues always go for $75+. $150 seems high to me, but then, I bought mine for maybe $12 15 years ago.

Also, Timewalker gets a bad rap because it came out late in the Valiant cycle--post-Unity, post-hype, but I thought it was _really_ good, particularly issue 0.

Yeah--the concept seems dumb, because eye appeal usually means "cover alone." Whole point of CGC for me is that it checks for resto and hidden (interior) defects that I can't readiy discern myself.
