In the same boat here. Sent mine out April/May of '08 and still have yet to get them back. Hell, postage rates went up a couple of times since then. If David ever returns my SASE, he going to have to add an extra stamp or two.

Has naybody got their head sketches back from DL yet? I send him my book back in July or August, and still don't have it. :|
