No Bloodshot, but it did have a Vosburg Archer & Armstrong page where a character strongly resembles him.

I just checked out that link, and when comparing the Rai 1 image on that page with my cover or the actual cover of the comic, my cover and the printed cover match but the image on Petrilak's old page seems to be cropped very differently. Compare those three things and see if you agree with me.

It was part of a large stack of random Valiant art I purchased from someone who had just had it all handed over to them. Im actually considering selling it if I can get a good price.

How long ago did that auction take place BoH? Im also interested in what it originally went for.

Rai Cover

Just thought Id share a nice piece I aquired recently. I cant really tell, but those colors almost look airbrushed. Was that a common technique?

Those Captain N, Old Warriors Never Die pages look like Ernie Colon pencils to me and he worked for us on and off over the years. Don't know who the inker is, though. Maybe Bob. Thank you. I have not come across his name in any of the pre-hero books, so it would be nice if they were his. What will ...

That Magnus seems to be in the classic style, which is really nice. Seems to be really solid inks too. Its always interesting to see artists who did not originally work on the books interpretations of these characters

It was already cancelled here. I only checked it out because the star was one of the actors from the also cancelled Odyssey 5. I hope you like it, but I thought it was very average.

If properly handled, Id really like to see a cohesive universe using some old and some new Valiant characters. The continuity that the early books shared would also be a feature of this universe.

Help Identifying Artists

Ive recently posted a few more pieces of my early Valiant art, and am having trouble identifying the pencillers and inkers. With the ones I have posted so far, there are a few that were not published to my knowledge, and no signature appears on the actual boards. http://www.qrnd.com/vf/art.html Im h...

Any other reports of high priced selling Zelda comics? The Zelda property has always been a popular one, so its no suprise people still seek those comics. But I was unaware they were still liquid in the Nintendo fan market. eBay seems to have stacks and stacks of Captain N comics for example.

Im hoping you were referring to my site http://www.qrnd.com/vf/. I dont have prices listed for each comic yet, but I agree with Dan that the Zelda comics always seem to sell higher than the others. Exactly what issues do you have?

Art is usually only valued at what someone else would be willing to pay for it. My best guess would be, because its BWS, greater than $100 and less than $300.

Guess Im more on the lower end, with only 7 long boxes. I sort the comics by order that I like to view them, and place the less important ones towards the ends as they sometimes can be bent when moved.

I was wondering the same thing. I have a Magnus Robot Fighter #27 signed by John Ostrander I won at a convention that has a certificate from that convention (witnessed by type). Id like to know if that signature affects the price of the book at all, its just another common otherwise.

with some of the grading that you see on Ebay you could probably sell them and call them "vf+...slight water damage...if it was not for this water damage it would be near mint! cgc ready!" Heh, thats too true. Or just post a stock photo of the comic on the auction page, and fail to accura...
