Not really sure what restrictions should be put on retailers.
The publisher is not taking much risk here.

Just curious, have ANY of these FCBD books became collectible? I had high hopes for The Ballad of Sleeping Beauty, but it never caught on. It was a pretty good book, though. I have the complete run.

There are a couple FCBD comics that I know are collectible such as Unseen Peanuts and Umbrella ...

I just think personally that you made it too hard for buyers dude.
99c for free comics is high enough to be fair but then making extras $2.25 to cover all your costs is something so highly frowned upon, especially here.
