Right off the bat, thank you all for your effusive welcome. Up until now, I really hadn't gotten a sense of the audience reading Shadowman Vol. 2, with the exception of the fan letters printed in the back every issue.

For those of you who don't recognize the name of my log-in, and I'm sure there must be a lot of you, I was the noob comic book writer brought in on Volume 2, Issue #16, of Valiant's Shadowman. My stint with that title lasted precisely six issues before all but two titles were cancelled ...
