Your rant about Vikescomics was amazing :thumb: , and was the absolute truth. Yeah I love no matter what condition he buys the books in when he sells them they are NM/M.

I reluctantly did for the simple fact that I couldnt find the book anywhere else. He may have a lot of positives but he has many neg feedbacks where people just never got books and he kept their money. Buying that book will be the 1st and last time I buy from him.

I liked Ruse, Sojourn, and Lady Death. I thought Lady Death was much better in that imprint than in the Choas version.

Once people realize they have something rare, that don't know anything about the item, all of a sudden people start piling on bidding on it.

I thought they could only grade that high too, but I think I've seen some X-men #94's with color touch grade as a 9.4.

I have a Sandman #8 Karen Burger Editorial Variant in 9.4 which isnt that rare as some of the others on here, but still an extremely tough find at least for me. It took me 5 years to find one.

EBAY SELLER COMIC-KEYS EVERYONE SHOULD READ!!!

I was wondering if anyone on the board has ever dealt with a seller named "comic-keys". He used to sell very big, and I mean big deal silver age books that were in the 9.4/9/6 range. I had a long time collector and comic store owner buy 3 very high grade and expensive fantastic four issues...

The reason they probably dont want to get it graded becaues it is going to come back lower than what they graded it at. Second it may have other restoration done to it. Third, CGC as you all know on high value books take a certain percentage of the fair market value. IF they guy has to spend a huge ...

She can still end the listing and sell it to you outside of ebay. She can just state there was an error in the listing. You can tell her she wont have to pay the fees if she sells it to you outright.

hard to find books on want lists

If any members on here are ever in the North East Pa region, there is a store in Hazleton, Pa called Golden Unicorn Comics that is worth checking out. He has millions of back issues and has many hard to find issues that most stores have been long sold out of. If anyone needs to certain hard to find ...
