I attended the first two (at least I think they were the first two), and it was great. I'm certain my presence was merely tolerated, but I had fun. Have you checked out Bad Idea yet? It's awesome, and contains that same VEI energy. I'm almost certain they've done some sort of meet-and-great thing.

Definitely agree with both of you. I really enjoyed the Solar back-ups as well. Solar definitely had the best artwork overall, but Turok was the best story imo, although that's not saying much tbh.

Honestly, DMG has been fairly consistent lately. Shadowman/Book of Shadows, Armorclads, The Harbinger, and A&A, have all been solid, and worthy inclusions to the Valiant U. (imo)
