Comics in the early 1990s (and other earlier decades) reflected a future date... usually two months. So, a comic that is dated April 1990 probably was already for sale in February 1990. We know Bloodshot #1 was released the same day as Superman #75 in mid-November 1992. Both books are dated January...

It seems like way too much money for a fan project that nobody knows how many were made or if even more could be produced. It is a cool book but not that cool. Imho
