If they thought it might make a return on their investment they would probably do it. I don't think the market for Valiant is sufficient to support physical cards.

Yes. In both Harbinger: The Beginning (2007) and Valiant Masters Harbinger (2015). Both of these contained issues 0-7 of the original series.

I spoke (briefly) with Denys Cowan last night at a convention and he said books will start coming out in February.

Wow. This is some grade-A BS. When Atom and Dinesh were running conventions they would do cons all the time and announce the entire schedule 6 months or a year in advance. I don't think they're necessarily attending these conventions, just stores in the surrounding areas. Hopefully they'll attend NC Comic Con, though.
