We've discussed this a few years back and never did get any concrete answers. I would imagine that VEI just doesn't need the legal headache it might cause though. The problems they had involving VIP in the beginning, have probably left a lasting impression.

Would have been a great cover to have, but not for that kind of $$$.

Not sure about Gilad, but I could definitely see him as Bloodshot.

wwise03, it would definitely be in your best interest to make things right before attempting further sales on the board. A sellers reputation means everything in this community.

Hmm....on the surface I think Aric would seem to have the edge, at least in a first battle. However given a chance to see his foe in action, Tony might be able to find a way to counteract or neutralize the X-O Armor in a subsequent encounter. Could go either way really.
