All right, I'll be the minority here. I like 'em but think they are entirely too expensive.

I like what Dark Horse is doing, reviving the "Syrocco" statues, I just don't get why they can't be cheaper. They're based on the old (40's) style giveaway statues. There is a very rare Superman that is almost competely brown, but has some color highlights on it. It looks like crap, but it's sought out by Superman collectors.

If these had been cheaper, I would have tried to put together a set.....

I have one, when I got it I looked at it and thought to myself, its rough, but not all that bad.

Then I put it next to my Solar statue, and yes now it looks like spam

That is the most racist remark I've heard in a long time. I am very offended and I demand an apology !!

. . . . for my colored friends . . . not for me

. . . and for my soap

. . . Lava soap because the others are too harsh

. . . Dove is ok but I prefer Lava

. . . or Irish Spring but I always feel drunk afterwards

anyway that was very insensitive of you.

Marshall, Will, and Magnus on a routine expedition
Met the greatest earthquake ever known.
High on the rapids
It struck their tiny raft.
And plunged them down a thousand feet below.

To the Land of the Lost....

I had SUCH a crush on Holly back then, when I was a kid.

BTW - there is a movie based on this scheduled for release in 2007.

Yep. Starring Will Ferrell.

Dark Horse should have used the updated Magnus armor that he used during the Malev Wars. Oh wait, they can't. That's Valiant's Magnus :)

Does whatever a spider can
Here he comes
On a thread
If it breaks
He is dead
LOOK OUUUUUUUT
Here comes the Spider Man . . .

As you can see, the insanity started during childhood.
