Was there a Valiant Reader #2??? Bloodshot #0 Platinum???
Can anyone help me with this?? I've seen a Valiant Reader #2 advertised in some of my Valiant issues that I'm re-reading, but i don't remember ever seeing one. What's the story??
Also, is there a Bloodshot Platinum??? I seem to remember a discussion on the message board prior to the crash. Is it for real or a counterfeit???
Please help me out. Thanks!!!
Joseph

I noticed an add for that tyoday as well, I think in Harbinger #18 where Screen was introd'd. I don't have one and it isn't listed in the price guide, so I'd have to guess that it was never printed.
There was a "Bloodshot #0 Platinum" but it was a printing error, not what you would expect by seeing the title. Here's a link to some basic info, others can probably provide details...

yeah! there are two pages like that. i was gonna mention that the other day...how did that happen? you would think that an overlay for the word bubbles would be one whole page...how'd they get mixed up?
did you guys see that turok 1 the other day (week)?
in the auction he said there was a second cover over the first and that the chromium piece was a sticker.
i almost bought

1,750,000 copies... you know some production problems slipped through.
It's not surprising how often the "biggest print runs" have examples of problems.
Even if 99.9% had "no problems", that leaves 1,750 copies with errors.
Any production lines with less than 0.1% errors?
Personally, I only "pay attention" when an error is corrected later,
which gives you two versions to watch for, or when the error
happens to occur on an already tough (no cover price) book.

I saw that somewhere, I figured that someone just removed the chromium piece. I wonder if it was the same one, or different auctions??dave wrote:did you guys see that turok 1 the other day (week)?
