I believe these were inserted into Previews issues back in the days. Some were signed and some were not when they were inserted. However Mile High at one point also had Jim Shooter sign a bunch of its stock so some of these could have been signed after that fact.

Hmmm, so they we a non-bound in promo sheet ? I saw Mile High listing these for a while now and fianly bought one as I thought they were cool and hadn't seen any around.

I really like that catch phrase - 'The new Dawn of Man is upon us'. Rather than sounding like a cheesy corporate riff, it has some dark overtones, it's kinda creepy. I could see Harada using a line like that in the VEI book, it fits into his megalomaniacal world view.
