I've never found a comprehensive checklist for BWS online. If anyone has one count me in for a copy.

The BWS website should have a checklist, if it has been updated.

Wellll....since I'm a BWS disciple, I suppose I can give it a shot...? This won't be complete, but it'll be fairly comprehensive, I should think....

X-Men #53, 54-55 (c-only)
Daredevil #50-52
Avengers 66, 67
Chamber of Darkness #3, 4
Astonishing Tales #3-6, 10
Conan #1-16, 19-24
Iron Man #47
Giant Size Conan #1-5 (r)
Savage Tales #1-3, #4 (r)
Savage Sword of Conan #1 (r), 3 (r)
Avengers #98-100
Star Reach #7 (c-only)
Machine Man #1-4 (mini)
X-Men #186, #198, #205, #212 (c-only) #214, #216 (c-only)
Daredevil #217 (c-only), #236
New Mutants #36, 40-48 (c-only)
Marvel Fanfare #15
Fantastic Four #296 (c-only)
Iron Man #232
Marvel Comics Presents #72-84
Solar #1-10
Solar Alpha & Omega HC.
X-O Manowar #1-5 (1 art, 2-5 covers only)
Archer & Armstrong #1-12
Unity #0-1
Eternal Warrior #6-7
Miracleman #23-24 (c-only)
Prime #5
Hardcase #5
Firearm #2
Mantra #4
Exiles #3
Strangers #5
Freex #4
The Nightman #1
Prototype #3
Sludge #1
The Solution #2
Rune #0-6
Rune/Silver Surfer #1
Barry Windsor Smith's Storyteller #1-9
Avengers, the Ultron Imperative (c, pinup)

That's what I know, in roughly chronological order, though I'm sure I've missed lots, and I have not much idea what the BWS has been up to for the past 7 years or so. :(

Whoever wants to add/edit, feel free, and maybe Greg can tuck this post in the 'Hall of Fame' list as a reference? Maybe a 'checklist' thread?

I know he did some E. Warrior covers (besides the flip-book), but I don't recall if he did the interiors.

Also, I remember Iron Man 230 or 232 (epilogue to Armor Wars, and a damn good issue) and a Marvel Fanfare (15?) that was a Thing story.

Sorry these keep coming to me after I post. BWS did new covers for the Conan Saga (I think thats what it was called). I believe it was 10 issues and I'm sure he did new covers for at least the first 9.

The flip books are partially added, I'm adding the rest now.

I can't believe I forgot Avengers 66 and 67. Sigh.

Still, found Avengers Ultron Imperative, for which he did a new cover, today. :)

Include these to the list:

1. MARVEL Treasury Edition #4 (featuring Conan) has a GREAT BWS Conan battle scene cover---A MUST SEE! Interiors reprint "Rogues In The House" from Conan #11, & "Red Nails" (in color!), reprinted from Savage Tales #2 & #3.

2. MARVEL Calendar for 1975 (Marvel's 1st calendar)---it has a great BWS Conan page for one of the months. Very good, & NEVER reprinted that I know of.

3. MARVEL's Machine Man mini-series #1-4. I know he did the covers, don't remember about the interiors.

And I KNOW there's more...---Steve

Didn't he do the Marvel Comics Presents Weapon X story or covers??? And I believe he did some earlier New Mutants covers at least but I don't know about interiors. I could be mistaken, though.

Dear Rich,

This is Alex Bialy, Windsor-Smith Studio manager.

We don't have a BWS checklist of our own, but our friend Craig Miller at
Spectrum magazine has allowed us to forward his to anyone who asks.

I hope this helps.

Best,

Alex Bialy
