After further review of the evidence I'm terrified to admit that a new Valiant series entitled "120 Volt Analgram" drawn and written by some combo of Greg, Dr.S and Chiclo is a possible answer.

The script for the first three issues are a bit lacklustre. The project may get scrapped entirely in favour of something more exotic.
