How to explain Valiant to the general public...

Roughly 20+ years in production
Much smaller than the much older competition
Won't replace the bigger competition, but provides a unique addition at the table
A more 'advanced taste' - not for small children
Company growth primarily by word of mouth
Regional popularity - but widening
Not yet available in all markets - depends on ordering managers
Spicier than the more common alternatives
A strong fan base - those who like it REALLY like it
Market potential is still huge - many haven't heard of it or tried it yet

Love the chili/garlic paste. Sometimes I'll just cut up tofu (hard pack) and douse it in the stuff for a snack. Ya gotta get the one with the screw off top, not the squeeze bottle.

Ugh.. Tofu. Asian food (especially Japanese) is my favorite, but tofu is just not good, IMHO.

It's not. But when you drown it in this stuff it's just a low cal medium for ingesting delicious chili/garlic paste.

Tortilla chips are nothing special, but when you drench them in salsa verde...

I actually eat tortilla chips plain most of the time. My main use for them is to counteract some of the burn I get with the fact I like the really hot Mexican dishes.

We have Thai food and restaurants, we have many conidments, but I suspect the average Brit on the street would be non-plussed by the word 'sriracha'. :)

The burn is usually on the way out. You using them like toilet paper?

Now that I think about it... jesus how painful would that be?
