UPDATE (4/29/14): We will be passing out these books at Heroes, Baltimore, and New York Comic Con, but we know that everyone doesn't attend those conventions. So we have decided to mail out copies for a minimal charge to those that want a copy. The cost for a bundle of 2 issues is $5 shipped in the US. For Canada, it is $6 shipped. I'd love to send them out at no cost, but I can't swing that at the moment
