I don't play RPGs but that leather bound limited edition looks sweet. Figured some collectors might be interested.

I like the limited edition format, but they never mention how "limited" it is beyond "while supplies last."

Re: VALIANT RPG Limited Edition
It looks real cool and I am buying one of these at some point, but I am always apprehensive about buying first printings of RPG books. There is almost always errata released shortly after to clarify things or quite a few spelling and grammar mistakes that are fixed in later versions.
Not that I think Catalyst in particular have issues with editing, but if WOTC and Paizo and many small press publishers make these mistakes, I am sure the same will happen here.
I have yet to play the RPG, but read all the free stuff so far, and it seems great, especially for those new to pen and paper games.

Where are we going and why am I in this hand-basket?

Cool, thanks for sharing the link Bugsy! I might be tempted to get that special edition... Although nscc makes a good point about 1st editions, they can be rife with errors (that's no knock against Catalyst either, it just tends to happen a lot in RPG books).
I like to draw stuff... http://grendeljd.deviantart.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I'm tempted to buy this "limited edition", but then I think of the Big Bang Theory episode "The Flaming Spittoon Acquisition" and decide not to buy it.nycjadie wrote:I like the limited edition format, but they never mention how "limited" it is beyond "while supplies last."

Re: VALIANT RPG Limited Edition
I'm not an RPG'er, but I decided to try it on this one. Anyone interested in trying a game on the boards? I don't know if that's possible, but from what I read so far it looks like something that could be done.
