Depends how high-pitched he can do. Bloodsquirt is, after all, a kid.

Since it's most likely just a voice, you could potentially go cheap and grab an anime VA. I know Colleen Clinkenbeard does "prepubescent boy" pretty solidly.

I kinda envision his voice as Fry from Futurama. Live action I think it would be some weird cg'd up Ryan Gosling.
