I am looking into something special with the guys at VEI. No promises but let's see what happens. it would likely not be just pre-order of a regular statue, but something special.

If so, that makes it a 1:4 scale statue and is actually pretty reasonably priced.

Look up 1:4 scale statues made by Sideshow and XM studios

Doesn't say much, but I've heard that Valiant was working on their part of the project this summer. I would assume that any delay is out of their control.

The statue ships next May/June.

If you guys are interested in ordering it, I will match $320 plus shipping, pre-paid (not shipping of course). One thing, it's out of my control once I place YOUR order, it will be ordered for you and you can't cancel, and I have ZERO control over when it ACTUALLY ships.

I don't know where you have seen it earlier. This is from the Diamond's retailer listing, so I assume it was this way from the beginning.
