My bet would Abettors. It just does not sound right for something to be on the screen in the 21. century.

I don't know if it's a "main V concept" but the characterization of Thomas Edison (and also the ERA) would probably be the most ridiculous.

The abettor concept would probably play out just fine. Certainly the name is a bit awkward -- I assume Jordan was just trying to find something that "sounded" better than "Shadowman's helpers" and "abetting" was synonymous with "helping."

Aram's bag. Cool in comics, stupid in loud voices.
And, since we're on it:
DAVEY.

I don't know, his bag worked pretty well in Mary Poppins :)
Alone, listless, breakfast table in an otherwise empty room.

Now I'm just imagining Archer breaking into song while kicking a**, Glee style.

It depends on the framing of the Valiant concept in the movie. I can't imagine how Davey the Mackerel would work if you frame Valiant as "the world outside your window"... but Davey the Mackerel would work just fine in a Muppet-style movie interacting with real people... Fozzy the Bear, Kermit the Frog, Davey the Mackerel... same concepts.

The Harry Potter movies had an Armstrong-like satchel that Hermione carried, and they had a little camping tent which opened up to a multi-room spacious "cabin" inside.

As far as which main Valiant concept would sound silliest? Well, a lot of them sound silly. Describing Valiant to friends who have never read it at all can sound silly. But that was probably a problem in 1938. A man who bullets bounce off his chest, who can jump for miles, who wears his underwear on the outside. :D

... not to mention anything written by L. Frank Baum a hundred years ago.

H.A.R.D. Corps, Armorines, and Psi-Lords are all names dripping in 90s edginess. It's gonna be hard to say any of those without a smirk.
