What is this: VALIANT PRESENTS: THE CRAFT OF COMICS

I saw this on eBay the other day and had never heard of it before. It was a book called
VALIANT PRESENTS: THE CRAFT OF COMICS.

Was a regular non-Hasting copy of the book ever made? What is the story behind this?

I won the auction but would like to know a little bit more about the book/project as I was unaware Valiant ever did anything like this before seeing this auction.

Thanks for the info. I knew people here would know. It is a pretty cool Valiant oddity. Surprised since it is from 2015 it is not in the price guide.

Ahhh, 2015. Back when the only things eligible for the price guide were continuity stories.

That "Craft of Comics" book is the only one I remember. I assume it wasn't successful enough to generate others. There are some Valiant artwork covers for Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide.
