Re: #VALIANT2020
X-O MANOWAR #1 unleashes the Valiant Universe’s most powerful hero in an all-new series this March!
From fan-favorite writer DENNIS “HOPELESS” HALLUM (Star Wars: Darth Vader – Dark Visions) and breakout star artist EMILIO LAISO (Marvel’s Spider-Man: Velocity), a futuristic threat arises to destroy the planet, and the ancient warrior king – Aric of Dacia, a.k.a. X-O Manowar – is the only person with the courage and power to stand against impossible odds! Can Aric evolve into the superhero the world needs today?

Re: #VALIANT2020
Hey guys this is my first post on the blog and I probably should have just messaged one of the admins, but I kept getting error messages when I tried to upload the photos.
During the Fallen World Series when father takes over the industrial sector 3023 and its hovering over Sontaku
At the end of Issue #5 it’s named Sector SMZ 2032, instead of what I thought was previously known as Sector 3023. I’m just so confused, do you think it’s a typo or did I perceive it a wrong way ? Thank you all!

Not familiar with this particular issue, but on occasions I have caught typos in the books. That seems the most likely scenario.

Re: #VALIANT2020
Are they trying to homage the Divinity #1 cover?
Ray Fawkes is cool I guess. And the imagery does intrigue me a bit.

Re: #VALIANT2020
I'm excited about Jeremy Haun. He did the Darkness Rebirth title a few years back and it was some sweet horror. All I know about Ray Fawkes is that he's the guy DC tried replacing Gail Simone with when they tried firing her from New 52 Batgirl.
Manga, comics, who cares? They're pretty much the same thing.

This teaser is the first time DMG Valiant have put something out that looked like it was professional imho. It's still not nearly Dinesh/Warren level but it looks like marketing from a real company. I just wish they would put that love into superhero comics...

He also wrote the most recent iteration of Ragman, which I was not a fan of. Otherwise his resume is pretty solid.nycjadie wrote:He wrote the 1% and the Bloodshot Reborn Annual.Dallow Spicer1 wrote:Very nice visuals ...intriguing

I've been looking everywhere for the ultra-rare Turok vs Blister issue. Anybody able to help me out?

Re: #VALIANT2020
Just read the synopsis (if that’s the right word) for this and I have to say I’m pretty pumped for it!
The Valiant Universe has a serial killer on the loose, and their methods are…terrifying. Enter Detective Hannah Grey, Investigative Journalist David Parson, and Nick Miller — San Francisco’s newest unidentified superpowered guardian — on the case to solve one of the most chilling cases ever to cross their paths. Debuting a cast of all-new heroes — and perhaps the most frightening villain yet — Ray Fawkes and Jeremy Haun have woven a thrilling new crime noir corner of the Valiant Universe.”
