Post by greg »

The 50th Anniversary edition of the Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide will feature a Spider-Man/Spawn cover by Todd MacFarlane, but it will ALSO have another cover choice featuring X-O Manowar, Bloodshot, and Livewire by John K. Snyder III.

Wow, where did the time go? .. Happy 50th Overstreet. I’m happy to see one of the covers has Valiant on it. These are nice characters to showcase this cover with Bloodshot having a movie, X-O being one of the best Valiant characters of all time, and Livewire being a new relaunch character.

I'll admit I haven't followed VEI as closely as I had hoped. Has John K. Snyder III done a lot of Valiant art work?

No, but he's done a lot of Overstreet cover work. He's either first or second all-time in doing the Overstreet covers.

And it will be one of the covers available on the HC edition. Awesome :high-five:

I thought about picking up 49 but decided to wait until 50 last year (my most recent copy is 41).

A hardcover with Valiant! Perfect.

That cover though. And Bloodshot’s sword and gun.
