I know they would want someone with name recognition for the lead role but I don't think that would be a good match. Then again, I can't think of who I would want to play Aric and I'm also 47yo and out of touch with the younger actors in Hollywood now.

My concern is that he doesn't have the chops to give us the X-O we all want. And can you picture Cena with facial hair?

We had Baldshot and that worked out better than expected.

So Clean-Shaven Manowar?
I've been looking everywhere for the ultra-rare Turok vs Blister issue. Anybody able to help me out?

I think this would be a poor choice. Do we even know who is making the choices for DMG casting? I don’t recall anyone being mentioned to help guide a film division yet. Am I wrong?

They wouldn’t be producing their own films. These would likely be rights sold to a studio a la Bloodshot at Sony or Harbinger (now) at Paramount. DMG would likely be putting money into any film and might have some role in casting, I suppose. Dan Mintz would seem to be the guy on the film and TV end of things.

There’s no solid information here, just a tweet with an XO image (vs. Armorines btw). As there’s been no info on a studio even having rights or green lighting an XO film, it’s pretty difficult to see an actor being attached to the role. Doesn’t mean it hasn’t come up in discussions with Cena and he checked out some comics...or maybe he’s just a comic book fan and came across XO?

I am sure that Dan would have a hand in casting, it is the reason he moved everything to Paramount..he wanted input/control/power. Since nothing has been stated that I noticed I just thought I would ask...in case I missed it.

I think that he will be an Armorine. As they were in the photo as well instead of being X-O
