Really why? I would say the logo is public domain at this point right? What's the issue?

The Defiant logo might be abandoned for all practical purposes but it is not in the public domain. Shame on teespring.com and shame on username meoky for stealing this graphic and then using that stolen IP to make money.

This board has a long history dealing with intellectual property theft. If greg has made a consistent stance to interfere with anything on the board, it has been to work on behalf of protecting IP rights and IP rightholders.

Who do you think owns the defiant comics ip at this point in 2020? Just curious.. because the odds of finding defiant comics merch is pretty nil I mean some people might think that person is doing a service... who owns it?

Part of my job is taking stuff like this down, but how cool is it that you can get a defiant mask!

Makes me wonder if folks just slap this up so they can order their own merch, and hey, if a few others want one, why not!
