Are CGC and CBCS now denoting newsstands?

CBCS is noting newsstand. CGC is inconsistent, generally only noting newsstand if there is also a different cover price than the direct edition. Sometimes CGC notes newsstand if something is different inside the books, like one came with a poster and one without.
