I use a $10 or less kitchen scale for up to 10 pounds. If it's heavy, I put it on the bathroom scale. Rounding get up, I've never had an issue.

I remember for the years I've been posting on these boards many specific examples of people getting great information here for their endeavors and the hobby. For those of you that do this and reciprocate, especially after doing years of your own research here, thanks for the return on knowledge.

On that note I pulled the trigger on a 20 dollar or so shipping scale that will probably do the trick. In the past I've done really well with auctions and marketing, but this is a new era of the bay so, thanks again for sharing information freely!

I figure I'll just normally round up to the nearest half pound, unless it's been everyone's experience to round to the nearest pound.

I do the same and use a bathroom scale for anything over 10 lbs.

You guys ship your comics book rate? Unless I promised Priority, I ship book rate. You get tracking and it's the closing thing to old school shipping fees.

I ship Comics, trades and Hc’s Media Mail and slabs are always Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate Box. The key is to over protect the contents.

comic books do not qualify for book rate media mail trades hbs do if the po cheaks it (unlikely) it will either have postage due get sent back or have it added to your paypal acct as priority and a strike on ebay be careful

Ya, in the past I've only sent them that way when I have a large enough bundle that it becomes the equivalent of a book. I don't think you could get away with it if it were one or two comics.

I have been lucky with Media Mail over the years and I probably just jinxed myself. Your best bet with just a few comics is to ship Priority Mail Flat Rate envelope with heavy cardboard to protect the contents.
