Times are tough. I was considering bidding, but I'd better save for other things and anyway he would not ship to neither Sweden nor "care of"-addresses. His loss.

This inlux for Harby 1 can be contributed to a board member here.
If he had not purchased the harby 1 9.8 for 2.5?K how many more would have been submitted to try and get the grade.

Cannot recall his name, but he helped advertise Valiant, this site, and in a way help all those who wanted a haby 1 ~ but there was none about in 9.8.

He may of paid alot, but he's the one that drew out all the others.

I think there was at least one non-eBay sale (thus not captured by GPA).

Harbinger #1 CGC 9.8 from desirableitems

desirableitems, who bought 5 Harby #1s last month at slightly over $1,000 each, is now selling one of them. $0.99 starting bid, no reserve. He's hyping about the upcoming movie and the $2,550 sale from last year.

Am I bad for thinking "Movie Coming, Get your copy before it ruins what you liked about the book!!"

So basically this guy is going to lose at least $300 on this?

Yup, $300 x 5 books.

The winner is going to be eBay, getting fees with each sale.

Yeah this is the worst investment he could have made. If he is going to hype about the movie, at least hold onto the books and wait for the movie to come out and sell it 2-3 months before the release. Looks like he will end up flushing $$ down the toilet.

He might want to scratch his eyes out now for falling into the movie hype nonsense.

The movie would have had to have been given a green light and such for the comic to really pick up and gather momentum.

NO movie = dwindling sales.

Oh well thats life.

Ya know, I actually enjoyed Push. I thought it could have used a bit more in depth writing, but I really enjoyed seeing a Valiant movie on the big screen

There's a newly posted Harby 1 auction from a seller that seems to have an endless supply.

I'm still confused about the other auction ... Very curious to see how that one will end.
