Previews June 1993 w/ bound in Deathmate orange preview

Post by The Spider »

I've got a June 1993 Previews for sale.

However, it's got a miscut at the top:

http://www.villagephotos.com/viewimage.asp?id_=8185892

I'm asking for $12 plus shipping. I take Paypal.

(EDIT: Had to change the link since for some reason the pic didn't come out again)

Still not working from my end ... I think with that URL it expects you to be logged in or something.

Speaking of this type of bound in preview ... and I hope this isn't too far off the subject ... how do people collect or store these?

I have some preview issue, I think it was an advance of the Magnus - Predator comic, and I took it out of the larger perviews or advance, whichever it came in. I basically shredded the catalog to leave the 'comic' in the bext condition possible, but didn't know what was typical.

Are all these types of issues bound in a catalog? Do people leave them in there, or remove them?

Another Magnus/Predator item? In which catalog was it?
or remove them?
Preferably I'd leave everything intact, but it doe not feel like a big issue.

Best,

Magnus

Hmmmmm ... I seem to remember it being in an Advance Comics catalog? I could be wrong. I will have to check it out when I get home and let you know.

Spider, that URL worked for me BTW.

I keep it in the book, undamaged, in its original form. Take a mylar bag and split it open at the side, and bag it that way inside of the catalog.

Ditto CKB...I keep my Previews in the original catalogs. I found some magazine size plastic bags also that I use for storage.

i've also got mine boud in, but i keep that issue of previews in a totally separate section of my "collectables". sometimes i fergit i have it!

i did "liberate" one of my armorines 0 from the pages of x-o 25 the other day-it came out okay...but i missed the original =staple holes so i doesn't look to great. i just got tired of it not being at the beginning of my armorines section!

has anyone else done that?

I just put an extra copy of xo25 in front of my armorines run, and I also have doubles of the magnus 4-8, so I have the flipped covers in front of my rai's! :D
