Has anyone here every heard of Hero TV?

Comic universes no longer active, Bravura, Continuity, CrossGen, Future, Malibu, Ultraverse... and others that are 'no longer with us' today (or only recently brought back).

I got this tape with an issue of Hero Illustrated. It's vol. 2 I have never seen vol. 1.

It ends with a tease about in vol. 3 Jim Shooter showing the real life locations that inspired The Dark Dominion and the Defiant Universe. I don't know if vol. 3 was ever produced or not.

I did searches on google, youtube, and wikipedia and found nothing on this.

Sorry about the picture quality between my neveres, the poor lighting in my apartment, and I'm still learning how to use my new Sony Bloggie Digital Camera.

Yep.

It has the first preview of the aborted Youngblood cartoon which is little more than stills of the team with very limited animation from the cover of the first comic (that you can probably find on YouTube and be sure to check out the second one which has a few lines of dialogue and shows the team fighting a robot it's very cool), there is an interview with Eric Stephenson, the then-publisher at Extreme Studios about the first Extreme Studios crossover, there is a funny bit at the start with Jim Lee cleaning up some silly string and teasing it was from Marc Silverstri, and a preview of an early PS1 3D fighter jet (or space ship) video game. In the preview to vol. 3 (I don't know if there was a vol. 3) teases an interview with Jim Shooter in locations that inspired the The Dark Dominion and the NYC of the Defiant Universe.

It's an interesting time capsule, I looked for on YouTube but couldn't find vol. 1 or even see if vol. 3 even exists.

Yes, I've heard of Hero TV. I have a copy of Vol. 1 that I bought at a flea market for a buck. I have no idea if Vol. 3 exists.

I had the 1,000,000th post on this board and all I got was this lousy custom ranking.

MAYBE if you're willing to accept a VHS copy since that is the only way that me and my father (since he has the VCR and a camcorder) can do it and we're looking into it. Right now it's trying to find the cables that connect the camcorder to VCR which gives the best picture and sound the only other way is to put the camcorder in a chair and the play tape and which is hit and miss at best.

Walmart will convert VHS tape to DVD for $25. I will pay for the service and still give you the $30. What's your email address? Mine is revonator1984@yahoo.com

They will do this for copyrighted material?
Alone, listless, breakfast table in an otherwise empty room.

If you can still make a good VHS copy that has good visual and audio. I will still gladly pay the $30 for a copy. Thanks
