I would gamble half of the opened ones are in Singapore. Almost every kid there seemed to use them to store their Magic cards.

Here's a seller offering this item that has up until now always been considered to be rare at 19.99 including shipping. The market on the third edition binder is plunging. I gave a heads up as soon as I knew this would happen so my friends here wouldn't buy multiple copies at $30-40 each earlier this week thinking they were making a great buy and get stuck with them. An enormous quantity has been discovered.
