Interesting G.I. Joe Auctions

Curious to see how these do...

Big lots are always fun, and lots with weapon caches always do well.
VINTAGE GI JOE 225 FIGURES 700 WEAPONS +ACCESSORIES LOT

Great opportunity for a complete Night Raven, although the seller could've cleaned the dust off of it
GI Joe 1986 Cobra Night Raven S3P 100% complete!

Oh wow... 6 hours left as of this post...
GI JOE 3 3/4 1983 Falcon Glider. COMPLETE W/ BP PILOT

GI JOE 3 3/4 1982 JUMP Jet Pack COMPLETE W/ GRAND SLAM

This listing is a great market indicator. I'm really curious to see how this one ends.
GI JOE FULL 1984 SET OF FIGURES COMPLETE W/ FILECARDS

Those are nice! I remember seeing the commercial for those gliders and wanting one really bad!

I also remember when the J.U.M.P. pad was available as a mail away offer redeemable with Flag Points. I sent away for it and a Cobra Water Moccasin. I never got them and wrote to complain and got my money back with no explanation.

Looking at that lot of 225 figures, I see that more than a few are not actually GI Joe, but The Corps.

I had a really really sweet Cobra Glider, damn thing was mint, I sold the glider and kept the figure. Had to end the vehicle sickness before things got bad.

For all of the different IP's I've followed over the years, 3 3/4" GI Joe seems to be the only one that has a constant market following.

I never saw any of the Night Force stuff on the shelves back in the day. I only knew it existed because my cousin, who has a local Toys R' Us, told me about them. He had a couple figures and told me about the "Killer Whale" hovercraft repaint since he knew how badly I wanted a Killer Whale.

He later gave me all of his GI Joe stuff (what he hadn't destroyed) and that's the only way I have any Night Force figures now.

I think most of us were at the age where GI Joes were a (temporary obviously) thing of the past by the time the Night Force stuff came around. I think that series is generally tough to find compared to other pieces.

I think I've got that 3-Pack in triplicate! Yeesh! Glad you brought me up to speed on this... I didn't know the Cobra-La pack was sought after at all.

Were they carded? The Nemesis Enforcer is hard to find complete because of the little mic that attaches to the helmet.
