sports cards hot issues bowman 2011

Post by superman-prime »

so this year bowman is hot all over again not as hot as last year but heading that way

another nationals star Bruce Harper is driving the product

his auto is bringing 300 ish for the base auto and over 1k for the premiam ones

ive bought a ton of bowman for 4 years now and done very well every time
normally the jumbos pre sell at 120 ish and have shot to 190 teh base boxes are still attainable for 84 and ill buy 2 more cases to break out

if you are in to sports cars this product is top every year 4 in a row anyone out there deal with sports cards besides myself after the nightmare in the 90s a lot got burned but comics did the same thing right after cards so they both hopefully learned a bit

I'm not into cards, but I know a comic shop some what close to me that does VERY well with cards. I heard them talking about Harper.

I can't believe that Bowman are still around. Are they still owned by Topps? I remember when they brought the line back in... oh.... was it '90? With those oversized cards?

bowman is arguably the best release every year

some of the big hits hit many 1000s each year

I can't believe that! They were crap when they were renewed back in the day. I'm surprised that they've surpassed Upper Deck.

I'm pretty sure Bowman surpassed Upper Deck in 1992.

UD went to crap a few years ago when they got convicted of counterfitting other cards

topps is king again with their brands
paninni (donruss score ) are number 2
UD makes non branded college stuff and movie stuff

I don't know about that one, man....
But that's what used to be neat about baseball cards - there were a lot of different sets out on the market back then to choose from.

as with comics they went nuts made too much and killed the market now with less releases value is back and improving if topps could get their print runs under control they would rock

and in 1992 bowman became king of rookie cards try ebay for bowman and do highest first sold and take a look at the numbers 10000s a month sold
