Quantum & Woody (2017) #9

Decent read, not sure I’m massively into this 2 realities storyline but I’m going with it. Really did not like the over sized Dragon thingy, in a light hearted book like Q&W this kind of threat just seems silly. Eisma’s cartoony art doesn’t help in this regard and it reminds me a bit like Acclaim’s Ninjak art (Neil Vokes?). Eisma also draws Quantum a bit on the short size, shouldnt he be a bit more Luke Cage size? :?

Despite my gripes it was decent enough.

3.75/5

I really enjoyed this one. I think the alternate realities plot is working well and Quantum and Woody are well written. Shame to see this series ending with #12 as I feel it's gone from strength to strength.

I'd give this 5/5 :thumb:
