I'll happily provide my mailing address. Stick them in a brown envelope and mail them first class, I don't care...
I would agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong.

Hopefully this isn't too off topic. :?

I have a copy of X-O #50 where the cover came off and is in two pieces. I taped the front one on and I don't know where the back is. But at least i have the one that matters most. And the rest of the comic is fine.

Good issue too. I love the armor Aric has at the end. The guns on the wrist area is my favorite part. :D

Nice full page pic too. Would be good as a poster or something. :thumb:

this is what I used to love..... what hooked me on VALIANT in the first place.... (early VAL.) it was good, long read..... the later books.... more splashy art, less story......

LOVED the Spirit/Batman, didn't really expect to, especially with the high cover price, but I do love Cooke and he pulled through. The Spirit by himself wasn't bad, but is more of a typical #1 (setup). The Batman crossover (I think) is a one-shot, and is packed cover to cover with greatness.

The new Justice Society #1 is damn good and a better read than the new JLA so far (although I liked that too).

Get The Immortal Iron Fist.

Now.

seems there has been many Iron Fists through the years.... Kinda feels like an Eternal Warrior theme, which is nice.

where you a fan of the original EXCALIBUR? I was, and I was hoping this new book is as good or at least close. The older EXCALIBUR really went down hill after issue 50 or so.. :|

Historically, I'll buy anything they put the Excalibur name on. The first 50 issues of the first series were probably the best so far, but I still enjoyed later issues. I was even buying the Excalibur before House of M, with Xavier, Magneto and Callisto among others. At the time, it and Thanos were the only two books I was keeping track of.

They are up to issue 14 of the current one, and it is part 2 of a 3 part story arc focusing mostly on the Juggernaut. The current arc is really strong, and better than the immediate past 3 part story.

Loved JSoA 1, better structured and paced than the JLoA opener.

I am actually starting to cull titles from my list - LCS were horrified at this. The reason is that if everything had an issue out in a given month I would buy over 50 comics, without considering back-issue purchases! I am determined to get down to about 35 regular purchases.
VEI - I look forward to you one day publishing MORE than 9-10 books per month

Far too much. Bear in mind an issue costs me £2.00 - £2.50 GBP (about $4.00 or thereabouts USD, for issues priced around $2.95 USD). I also spend at least £50 per month on back issues as a conservative minimum.

My fiancee has no idea exactly how much I spend!

Current books on my pull list:

1) Fell - Excellent writing with the bizarre & suspenseful twist by Warren Ellis. Totally recommended for anyone who likes criminal / detective stories. If only they can manage to get the books out on time, but the $1.99 cover price still can't be beat! :thumb:

2) Uncanny X-Men - Only getting these cuz I have the entire run thus far, but the latest Brubaker storyline seems pretty interesting.

3) Astonishing X-Men - I'm gonna drop this one if the stories don't get any better soon. Whedon's first story arc was what got me hooked on the title, but the latest stuff just really pales in comparison. He really seems to be dropping the ball on the latest story arc. :|

4) Girls - The series started out really good, but it's starting to drag a bit. Since the series will end at #24, I figure I might as well finish it. Who wouldn't wanna miss nekkid girls running around killing ppl? :hm: Seriously, the plot is revolved more around something else then that. :thumb:

Criminal was really good.

Also read the new Dr Strange (by Vaughn) and Iron Fist (by Brubaker). They both sucked...

The Spirit: I really enjoyed reading it, but I would prefer a different artist though.
Moon knight: Totally loving it.
Iron Fist: Most likely enjoying this one the most!
DareDevil: Best book of the year (to me at least).

I'm still reading Simonson's Thor....up to issue #367 (sadly, 366 was his last interior art. Sigh.)

#360-362 would make an EXCELLENT film.

It is STUNNING.
