I'm posting pics of most of my Art Collection, partly so folks can enjoy it, and partly to put everything out there in the event that someone here at some point becomes interested in such things.

I'm looking to hang-on to most of the early Valiant (I CAN be reasoned with if need be), but most of the non-Valiant and cartoon art is open for discussion. If not, no worries as everything here tends to get better with time anyhow, and I'm in no rush.

Original artwork for Malibu Comic's Street Fighter issue #1 page #10

This is one of the earliest appearances (in comics) of both Ryu and Chun Li. HOWEVER, this series was SO HORRIBLE that video game company and Street Fighter creator Capcom, basically ordered Malibu Comics to cancel the series. Yes, it really was that bad.

Only 3 issues were released before the plug was thankfully pulled. Luckily, I did manage to obtain the original art for arguably the best page.

What is most interesting with this page, is that it was drawn on *Marvel* Bristol board, their rival company. Often artists work freelance for multiple companies at the same time, and also at home, so it is not entirely unusual that they use the wrong company's media.

Here we have Wolverine likely talking trash to a villain before digging in for more.

Since the show was targeted for kids under the age of 10, Wolverine would often say things like:

"All right, you egg-suckin' piece of gutter trash! You always did like pushin' around people smaller than you! Well I'M smaller! Try pushin' me! "

Original animation production cel from Marvel Entertainment's Fantastic Four: The Animated Series cartoon which aired from 1994-1996

This particular cel was intended to be used in the show's 3rd season, however the show was cancelled after it's 2nd season (She-Hulk was never featured in the 1st or 2nd seasons, but was set to be introduced in season 3)

No, this never technically happened. However, I personally took 6 production cells from Fred Wolf Films's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Bebop and Rocksteady) and Filmation's He Man (Skeletor and He Man) to create this masterpiece (Note: Skeletor's Staff and He Man's Sword are both individual cels that had to be added).

ALL of the artwork is original and hand painted, and Skeletor's cel is signed by (the late) Lou Scheimer, one of the founders of Filmation and executive producer for many shows (including Fat Albert and He Man)

Each character was hand painted on his own cel, and the 3 cells were then overlapped to create a layered single image.

Here we see Skeletor (very inefficiently might I add...) struggling to retain his staff from this small boy, despite his being, what, like 320 lbs of raw muscle? Not only is this image 100% ridiculous, it is also 99% awesome and represents much of the animation from the 70's and 80's.

The background is also hand painted watercolor and was used in the original production of the show.

Here I have overlapped two separate painted transparent pages to show both pieces. The He-Man figure on the right had a slight chip in the pain on his forward leg, so I matched the color and placed a small piece of paper behind the image to correct this issue visually.
