H1 Universe from Mark Waid

Didn’t find the FCBD issue anywhere, but these books look interesting. Kind of like Catalyst Prime last year, launching a shared universe through an Indy publisher with name talent. Here’s their latest solicits:

Is this the company for Ignited? I know Mark Waid and Phil Briones are doing a signing at Collectors Paradise. If you think it's worth checking out I may grab a copy and see.

I dunno about this one, most of this books look pretty bad or i can't find them appealing enough to try them out. Waid's quality of writing has dropped for a long time and is working with Kwanza on the main book, a man who only uses racebating to sell his books which are pretty mediocre. Strangelands is written by another pretty trash tier writer who was given the chance to recreate the Visionaries in a setting that pits them against the transformers (space wizards vs giant robots, that in itself is badass) and made it the most boring and worst book of that year for me, gave her a chance on other books and they are just as bad.

I mean, if one or two are decent let me know.

i mean, i dunno about the other writers working on this books, but ignited and strangerlards are filled with people who i really cannot recommend, except maybe waid but like i said, he is just average now a days.
If the other books end up good ill check them out.

It's not really a review if the "reviewer" has not read the book.

In that case, you need to tell every teen girl on Facebook to change their favorite book to something other than The Bible. :kidaround:

LOL I get it but we are in a more professional environment where we all have something in common, reading comics. So the word review should mean more specially in a thread where you are asking for them.

And what is your basis for calling them trash writers? Just curious.
