Does anyone recall what issue/ story arc it was established in that when you die you go to Heaven or Hell at random, it's not if you're good, it's not if you're bad, and it's in Heaven's best interests to have killers just like Hell if they're going to have armies that are going to fight each other in the Great Final Battle?
