I just had to add my 2c here. Milestone was a shining star at the time of publication much like Valiant. sure there was better art on sale elsewhere but they were unbeatable for storytelling and characterization. I think theres definitely room for more stories if the ownership isnt tied up and would welcome and happily promote them if so.

I agree. I really loved Icon and Static was pretty good too, as were the other Milestone titles

Well said.

It was a shame DC didn't handle the line well in my view, especially dictating editorially on the cover of Static 25, limited or virtually no advertising in DC books, and limiting the crossover to just the Superman line. A selection of bad mistakes by the DC guys (rather than the Milesone crew). They (DC) screwed up the !mpact line so it couldn't live as it should have, and they then did a poor job of supporting Milestone from what I could see.
VEI - I look forward to you one day publishing MORE than 9-10 books per month

I rarely see them at marts, or at my LCS. I need to go to some new shows and shops.

At the last comic show in Lubbock, this guy had a bunch of original art and it was almost all Milestone stuff.

All interior pages, I remember Static and Shadow Cabinet being represented.

I don't remember prices but there will be another show in Lubbock in early August that I am planning on attending.

I got my Static #1 platinum two days ago (and I think I have finally assembled my complete Milestone set!).

A week or so ago the return of Milestone was announced. Good times.

Sorry to say the show was restructured and is now a seminar on how to make comics.

I will not be in attendance but leon, I thought of you looking at that stack of Milestone pages. If the oppourtunity presents itself again, I'll be sure to get information.
