Costs might have gone up, but when it comes to her, everything else has been sagging...betterthanezra wrote:Well you have too adjust for inflation those are 1990 prices....xodacia81 wrote:I'm not sure even Julia Roberts cost that much...betterthanezra wrote:Wow wow wow...he will never get laid.

Let's just hope more game developers don't get any crazy ideas from this....

The crazy thing is.....
I am not surprised and (assuming this dude is filthy rich) do not see it as a bad idea. If this game is what he is going to be into, then he has pretty much guaranteed that he is the MAC and the most famous person in it.
I bet he thinks it is money well spent.

Or it could backfire on him and no one will want to play online with a guy who just bought the ultimate sword and wins every battle.Elveen wrote:The crazy thing is.....

It would be funny as *SQUEE* if he lost with it a majority of the time.Daniel Jackson wrote:Or it could backfire on him and no one will want to play online with a guy who just bought the ultimate sword and wins every battle.Elveen wrote:The crazy thing is.....

Re: Man spends 16 grand on virtual sword for upcoming game
Also a possibility. But he will still be "famous". Obviously, I would never do such a thing, but if I had heaps of cash .... who knows what I would spend it on.Daniel Jackson wrote:Or it could backfire on him and no one will want to play online with a guy who just bought the ultimate sword and wins every battle.Elveen wrote:The crazy thing is.....

Now if it comes out that this dude is not rich...... then there is no excuse.

Hahaha....I can just see the headlines in his local paper the next day. If it comes out that Daddy's credit card has an unauthorized charge that would be better.Elveen wrote:
