We’re approaching the heroes as if these are all new origins that take place here and now, on our Earth in 2016. We hope to present enough parallels to the past continuities to make old time fans feel at home, but stake out new territory that’s fresh and exciting to new readers.

Not only no, but HAIL NO! For me at least. Funny how each iteration down the line that Dynamite creates garners less and less interest from me. Now they're to the point that they need to stick all the characters into one title to have a hope of selling enough copies to afford to finish this even though it sounds like it's actually being announced as a mini series. I wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole.

That sounds like utter crap!

The writer should have said, 'I decided to take everything fans love about these characters and *SQUEE* all over it. Then we added 50 variant covers.'

Previews lists this as a 5 issue mini-series. Not for me either!

I'm buying it just to see how quickly it blows.

That's probably the reason Trump is leading in the polls. :hm:
